After reading our site, we hope you have come to a new appreciation for the challenges we are facing. Walnut Creek is a very special place and we are committed to keeping it a safe place to live, work, and play. Unfortunately, we feel we are no longer able to keep providing the high-quality of service this community deserves, with the resources city leaders are currently allocating to public safety. As the subject matter experts in community safety, we have certainly voiced our concerns to city leaders. Unfortunately our professional concerns appear to have fallen on deaf ears. To make matters worse, some local politicians have been actively misrepresenting our concerns.
Therefore, we would sincerely appreciate if you would also contact our city leaders and express your views. We hope to set the record straight. Together as residents of this great community, we can work to put our neighborhoods and safety first.
